Terms and Conditions

PLEASE NOTE: The colours and appearance of artwork or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. The items have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.

Framing

Paintings are sold unframed unless specified otherwise as this enables them to be delivered securely. Exhibition pieces are framed in plain frames and where this is the case these frames can be included at no extra costs for collection in person only.

Availability

Availability of the work you have chosen will be confirmed when you place your order. All the work you see is unique (with the exception of limited edition prints) and exclusive to Soy Cuba.

Delivery Terms:

All artwork is professionally packed and fully insured before despatch.
Delivery and insurance charges within Mainland UK are charged at £40 per item. If you are placing your order from elsewhere an additional charge may be applicable. We will confirm this charge to you before despatch of your purchase.

Delivery normally takes 3-5 days within Mainland UK and 7-10 days elsewhere. The date of despatch will be confirmed to you and if possible a tracker number given for your information. Please note: some countries may charge import duty or tax on the goods which is payable by the customer (this is normally Non EEC addresses).

You will be advised of any delay in despatching your purchase in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that if you order more than one item of work they may be subject to separate delivery.
We will accept your order after the payment has been cleared.

VERY IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be signed for. You must inspect your delivery at the earliest opportunity and report any damage immediately. Please do not sign for items where the packaging or artwork is obviously damaged. We cannot accept claims for damage goods unless notified within 48hrs of delivery.

Refunds

Works are sold on behalf of the artist and therefore we can not accept returns once the payments is received and the artist paid.

Copyright

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and HTML, is the property of Soy Cuba its owner and/or its suppliers and partners, and any third party content is used by Soy Cuba pursuant to express authorization from copyright owners or their agents. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Soy Cuba or its contents are vested in Soy Cuba., its owner and/or its suppliers or partners where appropriate. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever. It should be noted that copyright in the artwork does not automatically pass with the purchase of the original unless specifically transferred.

All digital images in this Web site are available to any person for the express purpose of viewing the Web site. No image or portion of any image may be reused without the express written permission of Soy Cuba Gallery and the individual artist or the respective legal owner of such.
